Ordered direct from Apple. Snagged two to replace our 4S models, and was able to stay grandfathered on unlimited with AT&T, in 12 minutes flat (did have to place two orders, FYI). Much less painful than preordering two years ago.
1-3 days for delivery was available, for an extra charge - wonder what the wait time will be by sunrise...?
